His Java programming skills are good and so are the test automation ones.
The skills learned during the course should allow Ted to join any company as a junior - intermediate test automation engineer.
Suggestions For Improvement
Ted's code is sometimes too complicated even if it works as required.
He should practice test driven development for learning how to simplify his code.
He should also learn and practice code refactoring.
